Order Processing:
Orders are processed within 4-5 business days. After your order is processed you will receive a tracking number for delivery via email. Please make sure your email and delivery addresses are both correct and accurate. If you notice an error with your contact information please email me immediately with your order number & updated info.
Shipping/Local Pickup:
Local Pickup is available. Location and instructions will be provided at checkout.
Standard Shipping is FREE. All orders will be shipped via USPS Priority Mail (2-3 business days). Overnight shipping is also available at an additional cost. * Please note that the shipping time starts AFTER order processing. Kindly allow up to 4 days to receive your tracking number. *
Refund Policy:
You may request a refund or exchange up to 7 days after your order is delivered. The hair must be in it's original state and not manipulated in any way. If you have dyed, bleached, washed, cut, applied heat to the hair or unraveled the bundles you are NOT eligible for a refund or exchange.
If you're eligible for a refund or exchange an email will be sent with the address for you to return your order. YOU ARE RESPONSIBLE FOR ALL SHIPPING COSTS.
Please allow normal processing time for your order to be inspected and refunded to the original payment method. For exchanges, an email will be sent to you with a tracking number for delivery.
